Apple has a number of new products launching in 2026, including several that could have major impacts on the tech community at large.
Rumored advancements in iPhone technology as well as cheaper laptops are well-publicized highlights, but a number of other products could be on the horizon as well.
Here are the most anticipated launches users can expect over the next 12 months.

Foldable iPhones
Perhaps no upcoming release has generated more excitement than the foldable iPhone, which could send tremors through the rest of the industry as a whole.
A foldable iPhone will be Apple's first foray into foldable smartphones, which has previously been a niche market, but could take new life with the upcoming iPhone, particularly if Apple has—as rumored—solved the problem of the screen crease.
The iPhone is expected to have a 5.5-inch cover screen and a 7.8 inch foldable display with a titanium body. The price point, however, is very high: The new tech will reportedly be in the $2,000-$2,500 range.
Redesigned MacBook Pro
MacBook Pros could receive an overhaul in 2026.
According to reports, the new laptop could include an OLED screen, a thinner design and—according to one high-profile analyst—potentially a touchscreen.
The new MacBooks could also feature new chip technology. Apple's highest-powered chip currently is the M5 family, which the company calls the, "world's fastest performance core."
Chips in that family are housed in several of Apple's available laptops.
A Cheaper MacBook
For users who want a MacBook, but don't want to shell out for the highest-powered option, another offering is expected: A cheaper option than the MacBook Air.
Rumored to be roughly $700, the projected MacBook is expected to feature an A18 chip—less powerful than the M-family chips—and would likely be targeted at first-time Apple users and students.
Smart Home Hub
One of the biggest obstacles to the long-rumored Apple Home Hub is reportedly its heavy reliance on Siri and artificial intelligence (AI), which have been thorny for Apple in the past.
However, Apple's announcement this week that it will use Google Gemini to power an upgraded Siri later this year could indicate that the tech giant believes it has found a solution to its AI problem.
That development could in turn lead to the release of Apple's first central home controller.
Studio Display
Apple reportedly has a new studio display in the works for the next year, according to some analysts who have examined the code on recent Apple releases.
The new display is expected to complete with an upgraded chip, a higher refresh rate and upgraded visuals.
OLED iPad Mini
Later this year, Apple users might see a revamped iPad Mini that comes with an OLED screen—upgraded from the current LCD version.
A new base model iPad is also expected in 2026.
High-End AirPods
Finally, a new version of Apple's highly popular AirPods is expected to hit the market with one notable difference: Infrared cameras to support Apple Intelligence features.
Unsurprisingly for new Apple technology, they won't be cheap: Users are expected to be charged $299 for the small white ear buds.
