All good things must come to an end — and that includes the Starbucks’ 2025 seasonal holiday menu.
While Starbucks hasn’t issued an official statement confirming exactly when its much-loved festive offerings will wrap up or when new seasonal items will debut, many expect the holiday menu to end by mid-January, or while supplies last.
According to posts on social media, Starbucks’ employees say the holiday menu usually ends "once we are out of the product," meaning some stores are likely to keep selling the festive offerings while other locations can’t. But according to one post, "Jan 13th is when things get marked out."

According to reporting by USA Today, "the holiday menu is typically available into early January, though timing may vary based on location and available supplies," and CozyMeal believes that "holiday beverages tend to be removed from the menu in the second week of January to make way for the Starbucks winter menu."

This window means some hoping to enjoy drinks such as the Eggnog Latte or Iced Gingerbread Chai can take advantage of the seasonal treats for a little while longer, after the festivities have ended.

The 2025 Starbucks Holiday Menu
The Starbucks 2025 holiday menu officially launched nationwide on November 6, 2025, featuring six festive beverages—many returning after a year’s absence—alongside themed cold foams and seasonal bakery items.
The holiday drinks (still available in stores while supplies last) include:
- Caramel Brûlée Latte
- Iced Sugar Cookie Latte
- Iced Gingerbread Chai
- Peppermint Mocha
- Chestnut Praline Latte
- Eggnog Latte
Holiday cold foams (Chocolate Peppermint, Sugar Cookie, Chestnut Praline, Caramel Brûlée) and bakery favorites such as the Cranberry Bliss Bar, Sugar Plum Cheese Danish, Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread, Polar Bear Cake Pop, and the classic Snowman Cookie round out the festive menu.
January typically marks Starbucks’ transition to its winter menu offerings. Starbucks has announced that its 2026 winter menu will be available from January 6, 2026.
The Starbucks 2026 Winter Menu Highlights
As the holiday menu phases out, Starbucks is introducing new winter additions, including caramel protein-centric drinks—the Caramel Protein Matcha and Caramel Protein Latte—and the return of pistachio-flavored favorites. The winter lineup also features Dubai-inspired chocolate beverages and an expanded breakfast menu. According to the official press release, the full menu will be available starting Tuesday, January 6, 2026.
Rumored Upcoming Seasonal Menu Changes
Although Starbucks has yet to make a formal statement, reports from Delish and Brit + Co suggest that February will bring a broader selection of themed drinks and bakery items, catering especially to matcha and berry fans.
Two new matcha drinks—Iced Banana Bread Matcha and Iced Double Berry Matcha—will appear alongside limited-time Valentine’s drinks, including the White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Cold Brew and Strawberry Shortcake Frappuccino.
Six new bakery treats, such as the Dubai Chocolate Bite and Strawberry Matcha Loaf, are also expected, with raspberry syrup making its comeback as a permanent customization option.
