Spotify, the online music streaming service, seemingly crashed on Tuesday. Their support department promptly took to Twitter to issue a statement.

"Something's not quite right, and we're looking into it," the verified SportifyCares account tweeted. "Thanks for your reports!" Within minutes, the post was liked dozens of times.

Confused netizens flocked to the social media site to discuss the issue. While some were convinced it wasn't working, others worried it was their WiFi. Some of the top-trending terms were "Spotify down" and "Spotify not working."

According to Down Detector, Spotify started to experience problems at 2:45 p.m. ET. Thousands of commenters from around the world said the service wasn't working.

Spotify did not immediately specify the problem, but Tuesday wasn't the first time it crashed. It previously went down on November 6 and October 19, too. The most reported problem was the music streaming, following by issues with the website and Spotify on Sonos.
