WWE is reportedly considering a significant shift in Nikki Bella's on-screen presentation, potentially moving her into a heel manager role. According to a new report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the idea has gained traction backstage following her recent heel turn and Women’s World Championship match against Stephanie Vaquer at "Survivor Series: WarGames".
Despite her loss to Vaquer, Bella made it clear on programming that she was not finished with the company. While previous reports indicated she was "not going anywhere," the new direction suggests WWE may utilize her star power differently moving forward.
“There have been discussions about turning Nikki Bella into a heel manager in the future,” the report stated.

The report suggests that WWE may position her as a manager for an "up-and-coming" talent, using her as a mouthpiece rather than relying on her as a full-time in-ring performer. Her recent appearances on "Raw" have already leaned more into character-driven segments, aligning with her own comments about needing to project "super heelish" energy to sell her new persona.

“We need super heelish. We’re doing bad bitch energy. At the end of the day, it's all about confidence,” Bella said.
As of now, the move is still in early discussion. No specific talent has been chosen for her to manage, and Bella continues to be featured as an active competitor while WWE figures out the next step for her heel persona in the aftermath of "Survivor Series".
The wrestling world is currently focused on the upcoming "Saturday Night’s Main Event" on December 13, where John Cena will wrestle his final match against either GUNTHER or LA Knight. With the "Royal Rumble" in Saudi Arabia also on the horizon for January 2026, WWE creative is actively reshuffling its roster and storylines to prepare for the road to "WrestleMania 42."
