WWE Superstar CM Punk has once again taken to social media to send a strong message to fans about respecting personal boundaries. He made it clear that those who wait for wrestlers at airports and hotels are not fans, but stalkers.

In a strongly worded post on his Instagram Stories, Punk addressed the recurring issue. He demanded that people who follow wrestlers in their private time stop harassing them.

“We unfortunately have to have this conversation again. Do not turn up at airports. Do not show up at hotels. I cannot believe I have to say this. DO NOT FOLLOW PEOPLE."

He continued, "You’ve repeatedly been politely told no, respect it. You are not a fan, you are a stalker and will be treated as such. Respect the boundaries. Stop harassing people.”

While it is unclear if a specific incident prompted this latest message, it is not the first time Punk has spoken on the matter. In the past, he has called out people who wait at airports for autographs, with other stars like Cody Rhodes noting many of them are simply looking to sell the items for profit.

Punk is approaching the two-year anniversary of his return to WWE and is currently at the top of the card on Monday Night Raw. He recently won a triple threat match to become the number one contender for the World Heavyweight Championship.

While Punk deals with the pressures of fame, his in-ring focus is now on the vacant World Heavyweight Championship. After becoming the number one contender on Raw, he is in a prime position to compete for the title, which was vacated due to Seth Rollins' injury, as WWE heads towards Survivor Series: WarGames.
