As she prepares to enter free agency, Sophie Cunningham addressed the Indiana Fever's massive organizational overhaul.

After a first-round playoff elimination, the Fever parted ways with team president Kelly Krauskopf and general manager Amber Cox. Cunningham, who wrapped up her second season in Indiana, discussed the franchise's abrupt moves.

"There was not a lot of warning, and that's OK," Cunningham said, via Ball Don't Lie. "I think that's probably a good thing that you kind of keep it in-house a little bit. But you know what? Kelly and Amber, they're phenomenal, phenomenal people. They cared a lot about us as players and as individuals outside the court. And so I have nothing but great things to say about them."

Cunningham didn't give away any offseason plans when wishing the Fever luck in finding suitable replacements for Krauskopf and Cox.

"Hopefully, the Fever come in and bring people who can do a really good job for that program," Cunningham said. "I was blessed to be under Kelly and Amber, and I hope them the very best. And so we'll see what happens."
