Tee Higgins has been a huge part of the Cincinnati Bengals since he was drafted by No. 33 in the 2020 NFL Draft, and its a huge reason why the team gave him a four-year, $115 million deal in March.
On Sunday, he showed why the team gave him that contract, as he made one of the best touchdown catches of the 2025 season. Quarterback Joe Flacco threw a ball deep down the sidelines, and Higgins was matched up against Chicago Bears cornerback Nahshon Wright.
Flacco allowed his receiver the opportunity to go make a play, and Higgins absolutely dominated Wright, pulling in the pass and finishing with the 44-yard touchdown.

Not only was it a highlight play for Higgins, but the catch put him in a class with only Jerry Rice and Cris Carter as receivers who have caught a touchdown in nine consecutive home games.
The Bengals season looked like it might be in major trouble when it was announced Joe Burrow was going to miss an extended period of time. Backup Jake Browning came in and struggled, and the team made a bold move by trading within the division with the Cleveland Browns to bring in Flacco.
Since then Flacco has come in and given the team a boost, as guys like Ja'Marr Chase and Higgins have allowed the team remain in contention what is an extremely competitive AFC North.

Ask any wide receiver in the NFL, if they can have their name on a list with Carter and Rice, that is an incredible accomplishment. Rice is the unquestioned greatest receiver of all-time, and Carter is also in the Hall of Fame.
After the game against the Bears on Sunday, the Bengals will be on the road for three of their next four games. The first game will be against a Steelers team that Higgins just torched for six catches, 96 yards and a score in Week 7.
