Walker was listed as doubtful for the majority of the week leading up to game day, and the Seahawks made it official on Sunday.
The 23-year-old has been dealing with an oblique injury, and this will be his second consecutive game missed. Although he has been ruled out, Walker has displayed some progress in his recovery by running on the side during warmups Thursday and officially returning to practice Friday as a limited participant.

The Seahawks will now turn to backup running back Zach Charbonnet once again. The second-year running back handled 67 of 70 offensive snaps last Sunday against the New England Patriots.
The Seahawks came out on top last week, moving to 2-0 in the season. They will look to move to 3-0 and become the lone leaders in the NFC West.
On Friday, Seattle coach Mike Macdonald said that Walker's chances of playing were quite dim.
"Not looking great right now for the game ... but working his tail off, getting better," Macdonald told reporters Friday.
For Week 4, Macdonald said he is 'optimistic' that Walker will be ready to play when the Packers face the Detroit Lions on Monday Night Football.
"I'm very optimistic," Macdonald told reporters. "The extra day helps."
Walker isn't the only one who will miss today's game. The Seahawks will also be without linebacker Uchenna Nwosu, linebacker Jerome Baker, center Olu Oluwatimi, guard Sataoa Laumea, tackle Michael Jerrell, and defensive end Myles Adams.
Baker tweaked his hamstring against the Patriots and was listed as doubtful leading up to Sunday.
The Seahawks selected Walker in the second round of the 2022 NFL draft with the No. 41 overall pick. Thus far in his career, he has 467 carries for 2,058 yards, 18 touchdowns, and averages 4.4 yards per carry.
In one game this season, Walker has recorded 20 rush attempts for 103 yards and one touchdown.
Walker hailed from Tennessee and attended Michigan State University, where he established himself as one of the best running backs in Lansing. In his lone season as a Spartan, he was a Unanimous All-American, Big Ten Running Back of the Year, First-team All-Big Ten, and won the Walter Camp Award and Doak Walker Award.
His presence will be missed in today's matchup against the Dolphins.
