Tyson, the No. 8 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, has spent the first eight weeks of the season on injured reserve with a Grade 2 right hamstring strain, but he has been trending in the right direction as of late.
He was a limited participant for the last three days, and then the Saints officially gave him a questionable game status on Friday.

Tyson should provide a very nice boost for the Saints, who currently sit in last place in the NFC South with a 2-5 record.
Luckily, the division is still well within reach as the Carolina Panthers are in first place with a 3-4 record, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Atlanta Falcons are in second and third place, respectively, with 3-5 records.
Tyson played college football at Arizona State, where he recorded 136 catches for 1,812 yards and 18 touchdowns from 2024-25. He also attended Colorado in 2022, when had 22 catches for 470 yards and four touchdowns.
