The online spectacle surrounding fights with NFL players has become a familiar storyline for Logan Paul.

Over the past several weeks, the YouTuber-turned-WWE star has repeatedly stirred up the football world by claiming he could beat NFL players in a fight and even offering large cash incentives for a boxing match.

Those comments sparked responses from several current and former players and helped turn the feud into one of the stranger cross-sport storylines of the offseason.

Now the conversation has escalated again, this time involving one of the most dominant tight ends the league has ever seen.

During an appearance Tuesday on "Up & Adams," former NFL star Rob Gronkowski issued a blunt response after Paul suggested he’d be willing to fight NFL players.

Gronkowski didn’t hesitate.

“I broke necks. I laid out defensive ends. I pummeled safeties. No one can tackle me,” Gronkowski said, referencing his playing career. “So if Logan Paul wants a piece of me, I’m down to throw it down on the field … I’ll whoop his [expletive].”

Gronkowski’s bravado carries weight because of what he accomplished during his 11-year NFL career.

Drafted by the New England Patriots in the second round of the 2010 draft, the tight end quickly became one of the most dominant offensive weapons of the modern era.

Across stints with the Patriots and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Gronkowski compiled 621 receptions, 9,286 receiving yards, and 92 touchdowns.

He also helped anchor one of the league’s greatest dynasties, winning four Super Bowls while earning five Pro Bowl selections and four first-team All-Pro honors.

Since retiring, Gronkowski stayed in the public eye through broadcasting roles, endorsements, charity work, and occasional entertainment appearances, including a stint in professional wrestling.

That post-NFL media presence has kept him connected to the sport, and occasionally to the kind of viral moments that Paul’s brand thrives on.

Paul, meanwhile, built a career at the intersection of entertainment and combat sports.

After rising to fame on YouTube, he transitioned into boxing and professional wrestling, leveraging his massive social media following into lucrative crossover events.

For now, the feud remains a war of words. But with Paul continuing to challenge athletes publicly, and NFL personalities clearly willing to answer, it wouldn’t be surprising if a promoter eventually tries to turn the trash talk into an event.
