Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers reeled in five catches for 150 yards and one touchdown through less than two quarters of action in Sunday's Week 1 victory over the Indianapolis Colts.

On his fifth grab of the game, Flowers suffered a hamstring injury that held him off the field for the remainder of the contest.

Fortunately for the Ravens, this injury doesn't appear to be a long-term issue. According to a report from NFL insider Ian Rapoport, Flowers would have returned to the field had it been a playoff game.

"Ravens WR Zay Flowers, who left Sunday’s win over the Colts early, suffered a hamstring injury that is not considered serious, sources say. He’ll have an MRI, but if it was a playoff game, he likely would’ve returned. Flowers is considered day-to-day heading into testing," Rapoport reported.

While Flower's injury does not appear serious, his status for Sunday's Week 2 matchup against the Saints is still in jeopardy.

NFL insider Adam Schefter says it may be "unrealistic" to think Flowers will take the field this coming weekend.

"With a hamstring injury you miss a little bit of time," Schefter said on Monday. "It doesn't sound overly serious for Zay Flowers but to think he's gonna be out there this week is probably unrealistic.”
