Star wide receiver Tyreek Hill saw his 2025 NFL season cut short during a Week 4 showdown between the Miami Dolphins and New York Jets.
Hill suffered multiple torn ligaments including a torn ACL during the contest and recently underwent surgery to repair the significant damage. The longtime star wide receiver admitted he hasn't made a final decision on whether or not he'll retire from the game of football or come back to finish his contract with the Dolphins - he has one year remaining.
"At the end of the day, I feel like that decision is based upon how I feel and where my mindset is at the moment," Hill said. "I'm happy with the career that I've had. I love playing football. I love it, but it takes a lot. It takes a lot on you mentally, it takes a lot on you physically. I'm at the point now where I need to have a conversation with mom, family, everybody. Wherever my mind is at the time, the decision will be made, but I know right now, I haven't had time to live in the moment."

As he contemplates his NFL future, Hill found a new passion. A report emerged suggesting Hill earned a new job as a DJ - a move he later confirmed on social media while announcing his music preference.
"Coming to play house music near you," he said with a smitten emoji.
The five-time All-Pro wide receiver racked up 21 receptions for 265 yards and one touchdown before suffering his season-ending injury.
If this is it for Hill, he'll finish his NFL career with 819 receptions for 11,363 yards and 83 touchdowns through the air with another 819 yards and seven touchdowns on the ground.
