The Baltimore Ravens could be getting their biggest offensive weapon back just in time for a crucial AFC matchup.
Star quarterback Lamar Jackson is reportedly on track to return Sunday against the Buffalo Bills after missing Baltimore's last three games with a high ankle sprain.
According to CBS Sports' Matt Zenitz, Jackson participated fully in Wednesday's practice and handled all of the first-team quarterback repetitions, a significant development in his recovery.

Barring a setback, the two-time NFL MVP is expected to return to the starting lineup for the first time since suffering the injury against the Tennessee Titans on Oct. 4.
Jackson had been limited in practice last week before ultimately being ruled out of Baltimore's Week 7 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. His absence has been particularly noticeable as the Ravens have struggled to maintain their offensive production.
Baltimore has gone 1-2 with backup quarterback Tyler Huntley starting in Jackson's place, including consecutive losses to the Cleveland Browns and Bengals.
The Ravens managed just 23 combined points in those two defeats and failed to score in the second half of either contest.
Jackson's potential return would provide a much-needed boost for a Baltimore team that has fallen to 4-3 after opening the season 4-1.
The Ravens have also experienced a significant difference in offensive production with their starting quarterback on the field. Baltimore has scored 14 touchdowns during Jackson's 14 quarters of action this season, compared with just five touchdowns in 14 quarters without him.

Despite the encouraging practice update, head coach Jesse Minter has not officially confirmed Jackson's availability for Sunday. The Ravens will continue monitoring his progress throughout the week before making a final decision.
Sunday's matchup against Buffalo carries considerable importance for both teams as the AFC playoff race begins to take shape.
For Baltimore, getting Jackson back could help stabilize an offense that has struggled to find consistency without its leader.
The Ravens have already seen how difficult life can be without their franchise quarterback. Now, with Jackson taking another significant step toward returning, Baltimore has reason to believe its offense could soon be back at full strength.
