McVay has been one of the NFL’s premier head coaches for several seasons since taking over in Los Angeles, and he has helped numerous assistants from his staff land prominent roles around the league as a result of the Rams’ sustained success.

Now, the Rams are one win away from their second Super Bowl appearance under McVay, who led the franchise to a championship in 2021 with a second-half comeback victory over the Cincinnati Bengals.

As for Johnson and the Bears, this was his first season in Chicago, and he helped lead the team to an NFC North title while also securing their first postseason win in 15 seasons with a victory over the Green Bay Packers in the opening round.
