The Cleveland Browns are coming off a very disappointing 27-6 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 8 in which they lost control of the AFC North. However, the Browns are already making changes to improve their roster in whatever way they can.
The team announced on Monday that it has waived veteran running back Audric Estime, who was with the team for three games this season and played in one.

The Browns signed Estime off the Vikings’ practice squad on Oct. 13 after placing running back Raheim Sanders on injured reserve with a hip injury. Fellow running backs Quinshon Judkins and Dylan Sampson were also dealing with injuries at the time.
However, Estime struggled to make the most of his opportunities in Cleveland, running the ball nine times for just 19 yards, averaging 2.1 yards per carry. He did find the end zone once, but that doesn't seem to have been enough for him to keep his job.

With Estime now gone, the Browns will continue relying on Judkins, Sampson and Jaleel McLaughlin as their stable of backs.
Estime began his professional career as a fifth-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos. He appeared in 13 games as a rookie, rushing for 310 yards and two touchdowns.
He then spent time with the Philadelphia Eagles and New Orleans Saints before landing with the Vikings in September.
Estime played college football at Notre Dame, where he ran for 2,321 yards and 29 touchdowns from 2021-23.
