In a recent article for ESPN, Matt Bowen and Jeremy Fowler named the Broncos among the best potential trade landing spots for Indianapolis Colts star running back Jonathan Taylor.

...
With the Colts in the middle of tearing down their roster, questions about Taylor's future in Indianapolis have been coming up often lately. If the Colts end up officially shopping him, the Broncos would be incredibly wise to target him.
If the Broncos landed a star like Taylor, they would look significantly stronger on paper. This is because Taylor is a huge difference-maker who is in the middle of another fantastic season for the Colts.
In seven games so far this season with the Colts, Taylor has posted eight touchdowns, 140 rushes, and 587 rushing yards. This is after the three-time Pro Bowler posted 18 touchdowns, 323 rushing yards, and 18 touchdowns in 17 games for the Colts last season. With numbers like these, he would be a game-changing addition for the Broncos. It will be interesting to see if they pursue him because of it from here.
