Following a boat-load of controversy after changing their logo, the Atlanta Falcons quietly switched their logo again on Tuesday.

Though, apparently not quiet enough because social media caught on lightning fast, just like they did when the NFL team changed their logo previously to a throw-back on Thursday, which drew some heavy criticism with most people saying it resembled Nazi imagery.

Needless to say, the Falcons' new title of “The Bird Reich” wasn’t sitting too well with the franchise so they changed their logo on X of a simple black falcon on a red helmet. After the throw-back was posted, people flooded the Falcon’s account with gifs, quotes and so much more.

“Honestly, I did Nazi this coming,” one person on X joked.

“I must say, I was not expecting to wake up this morning to see what the Atlanta Falcons are preparing to invade Poland,” another said.

“Wunderbar!” someone commented.

“I give this a nein/10,” one person said.

Someone even changed the title of “Saving Private Ryan,” to “Saving Matt Ryan," referring to the Falcons' quarterback.

The throw-back design was the team’s logo from 1966, which featured red, white, black and gold colors.

While it was a quick turnaround, it’s clear that the internet will never forget the blunder.

The Falcons face off against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.

The team has yet to publicly address the logo backlash.
