The San Francisco 49ers are dealing with plenty of injuries on their offense, leaving multiple players questionable for Sunday's game versus the Las Vegas Raiders.

The team's general manager John Lynch spoke on KNBR on Thursday to provide updates on various offensive players, specifically a few wide receivers.

Receiver Mike Evans will likely not play on Sunday, Lynch said, although he hasn't officially been ruled out. Evans sitting out at this point is precautionary to make sure his tendonitis doesn't turn into something worse.

“I don't know if I'd rule that out. That's probably likely that he won't be out there Sunday," Lynch said about Evans. "What we're really trying to do there, he's got that tendonitis that flared up, and I think you learn from the history. Christian [McCaffrey] had this situation, and every player is different, every situation is different, but you don't want it to become something that really lingers. So we're trying to knock it out such that when he comes back, we give him the best chance to stay back.”

Receiver Deebo Samuel is in a similar boat as Lynch didn't officially rule him out, but he did say that it's likely he won't play after missing the last two games with a hamstring injury.

Even though the 49ers may be without two wide receivers, the team is gaining back two WRs this weekend. Demarcus Robinson and KhaDarel Hodge are expected to play, Lynch announced.

Robinson's been dealing with an ankle issue that landed him on the injured reserve list. He was activated on Wednesday, and is already expected to play on Sunday. Hodge was just signed by the 49ers to the practice squad on Monday amidst the various WR injuries. He already played three games for the 49ers this season, but was released on Oct. 1 before being re-signed.

The 49ers are still dealing with other WR injuries. Christian Kirk was limited in practice on Wednesday with a knee issue. He's only played in one game this season as he started the season with an ankle injury. Ricky Pearsall and De'Zhaun Stribling remain on the IR.
