NFC East Prediction

The reigning Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles will top the NFC East for the third time in the last four years. However, they'll take a slight step back after last year's 14-3 season due to a difficult schedule, while the Washington Commanders earn the final postseason spot following a slight regression of their own.

1. Philadelphia Eagles: 11-6 (No. 2 seed)

2. Washington Commanders: 9-8 (No. 7 seed)

3. Dallas Cowboys: 9-8

4. New York Giants: 4-13

NFC North Prediction

The NFC North will be one of the toughest divisions in football, leading to a tight battle for the crown. The four teams will each beat up on each other, making it for the closest race of the season. The Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers will escape with a playoff berth.

1. Detroit Lions: 10-7 (No. 4 seed)

2. Green Bay Packers: 9-8 (No. 6 seed)

3. Chicago Bears: 9-8

4. Minnesota Vikings: 9-8

NFC South Prediction

The New Orleans Saints will be football's worst team, while the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Atlanta Falcons battle for the division. In the end, both teams will make the playoffs, with the Bucs taking the division.

1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: 11-6 (No. 3 seed)

2. Atlanta Falcons: 10-7 (No. 5 seed)

3. Carolina Panthers: 6-11

4. New Orleans Saints: 2-15

NFC West Prediction

The San Francisco 49ers will bounce back in a big way after injuries derailed their 2025 season. An easier schedule, coupled with a healthy Christian McCaffrey, will lead the Niners back to the playoffs as the NFC's No. 1 seed. The Los Angeles Rams, on the other hand, just miss out on the playoffs.

1. San Francisco 49ers: 12-5 (No. 1 seed)

2. Los Angeles Rams: 9-8

3. Seattle Seahawks: 7-10

4. Arizona Cardinals: 6-11

AFC East Prediction

The Buffalo Bills will continue their reign over the AFC East, winning their sixth straight division title. The other three teams will improve in 2025, with the Miami Dolphins earning another playoff appearance.

1. Buffalo Bills: 13-4 (No. 2 seed)

2. Miami Dolphins: 10-7 (No. 6 seed)

3. New York Jets: 8-9

4. New England Patriots: 5-12

AFC North Prediction

The Baltimore Ravens and Cincinnati Bengals will battle for the divisional crown, with quarterback Lamar Jackson leading his squad to a third consecutive AFC North title. Elsewhere, the Pittsburgh Steelers' run of 21 consecutive non-losing seasons will come to an end with quarterback Aaron Rodgers at the helm.

1. Baltimore Ravens: 13-4 (No. 3 seed)

2. Cincinnati Bengals: 11-6 (No. 5 seed)

3. Pittsburgh Steelers: 8-9

4. Cleveland Browns: 4-13

AFC South Prediction

The Houston Texans will have a major bounce back season, adding two wins from last year's total to comfortably win the division.

1. Houston Texans: 12-5 (No. 4 seed)

2. Jacksonville Jaguars: 8-9

3. Tennessee Titans: 5-12

4. Indianapolis Colts: 4-13

AFC West Prediction

The Kansas City Chiefs will continue to reign supreme in the AFC West, while the Los Angeles Chargers clinch a playoff spot and the Denver Broncos take a step back.

1. Kansas City Chiefs: 13-4 (No. 1 seed)

2. Los Angeles Chargers: 10-7 (No. 7 seed)

3. Denver Broncos: 8-9

4. Las Vegas Raiders: 7-10
