Tim Tebow just made a prediction that will shake up the landscape of the SEC and college football.

On SEC Nation, the panel made their picks for the Georgia vs. Florida game. Tebow, a former Florida quarterback, picked the Gators to upset Georgia.

"When you look at it as a whole, I just think Kirby Smart is the best coach in the country," Tebow said about Georgia. "I think Georgia is the most complete team. I think they got the most trusted quarterback, Gunner Stockton."

It looked as if Tebow was going to pick the Bulldogs. However, the Heisman winner went on to reveal what Florida will bring in the rivalry game.

"And then I remember, 'Wait, we're playing for so much more than just a game. It's about pride," Tebow said. "And guess what? We're going to run the dang ball with Jadan Baugh, and he's going to get the job done. You know why? Because he's putting it on his back. He is a Gator. He decided to stay. He makes a statement in Atlanta today."

Georgia and Florida Have Been in Different Directions Since 2021

If Florida beats Georgia, it would mean the race for the SEC title is virtually up for grabs. The Bulldogs would have two conference losses and still have to face Ole Miss, Missouri, and South Carolina before closing out the regular season against Georgia Tech. Florida would be back in the SEC title mix after suffering losses to Auburn and South Carolina earlier this season.

Georgia has been the top team in the SEC for the last five seasons. Since 2021, the Bulldogs have appeared in the College Football Playoff four times, won the SEC Championship three times, and won the national championship twice. During that time, the Bulldogs have lost only five games.

Florida has not had the same success as Georgia in the last five years. Since 2021, the Gators have played in just two bowl games and have made two head coaching changes.
