LSU head coach Lane Kiffin delivered a passionate halftime speech to fire up his players during a 51-10 blowout of the Clemson Tigers this past weekend.
Leaked video footage of Kiffin's strong words for his players surfaced on social media when his team was leading 31-3 during the halftime. Kiffin isn't seen on camera, but from the way he screamed, some may have thought LSU needed to make a comeback in the second half.
"Alright, guys, we started here like seven or eight months ago, or whatever it was, alright? And we asked you to work really hard, OK? And we asked you to come back to work again and again and again. Do you feel good about what happened?" the LSU coach said.

"Who gives a [expletive] about what happened?" Kiffin yelled in the leaked video. "That's what's supposed to happen! Ain't no [expletive] celebrations for that. They're [expletive] soft! They work different! We're [expletive] different, so you gotta show em again!"

"It doesn't matter what plays they run. It doesn't matter what they do on offense, defense, put the next [expletive] quarterback in. ... You send them a [expletive] message about who the [expletive] is on their schedule!" he shouted.
LSU's head coach demanded that no matter how many snaps his players would have the rest of the game, they would show everyone how good they are.
"You [expletive] take it out on them! The whole [expletive] world hates you!" Kiffin also yelled
Either Kiffin's speech was really effective, or Clemson is really bad this season. In the second half, LSU continued its dominant performance, defeating Clemson 51-10.
Kiffin's speech arrived amid controversy and drama surrounding LSU's attempts to add players to its roster who had signed NFL contracts and participated in training camps.
LSU recruited tight end Dae'Quan Wright and defensive lineman Zxavian Harris, who had signed with NFL teams as undrafted free agents but were released in the preseason.
Both players previously played for Kiffin while he was coaching at Ole Miss. Neither player was on his LSU roster for the blowout win over Clemson. ESPN's Pete Thamel reported the latest on the controversial roster moves, potential fines for LSU and Kiffin, and the SEC's attempt to prevent LSU from making these moves.
Next up, LSU will host Louisiana Tech on Saturday, Sept. 12, and one can only wonder what Kiffin might say to his team if they aren't leading the entire game.
