“Our guys were rolling tonight; I was really proud of them,” Boise State head coach Spencer Danielson said in his postgame radio interview (via Sports Illustrated). “They came out and executed. We talked all week about execution and playing our best ball, and our guys did that pretty much the entire night.”

More on Boise State and Oregon State

Entering Saturday's game, Boise State was ranked No. 25 in the College Football Playoff rankings. The Broncos will likely move up in the polls, but they know they have a tough challenge next week since Oregon State features star wide receiver Jesse Legree.

Through nine games this year, Legree has caught 61 passes for 1,209 yards and 14 touchdowns. Legree is a true freshman who was a three-star recruit coming out of St. Frances Academy in Maryland.

“We’ve got to execute better,” Danielson said about Boise State defensive play in the last two weeks. “And that’s the reality of playing defense; you can’t take anything off the board. We’ll play good defense, but then we’ll play bad defense. We’ve looked at it, and we’ve got to grow it; we’ve got to improve it."
