David Pollack believes Arch Manning will not be with the Texas Longhorns in 2027 because he will play for another SEC team.

On the "See Ball Get Ball" podcast, Pollack said he spoke to an SEC coach about Manning, and the coach shared some interesting information about his future.

"Arch will not be at Texas next year," Pollack said. "This is something that I've heard from an SEC coach, and I believe 100% it's going to happen."

Pollack also said that he thinks Manning will be playing college football instead of entering the NFL Draft. And he agrees with the SEC coach about Manning not playing for the Longhorns.

Will Arch Manning Be a Georgia Bulldog Next Year?

"I think it will make a lot of sense for both to go their own ways, possibly," Pollack said. "I don't know what's going to happen the rest of the year, and I don't know what the coaching situation is going to look like. But I would think it would probably be something that might be like, 'Hey, this is good for both of us. Maybe we both go our separate ways.'

"The same coach that told me that actually said, 'I think he'll go to Georgia. But can't name names."

It would be interesting to see Manning transfer to Georgia. Gunner Stockton is in his final year, so the Bulldogs will have a new QB for the 2027 season. Georgia could go after Manning or stay in-house and have backup QB Ryan Puglisi be the starter.

Through seven games this season, Manning has completed 63.3% of his pass attempts and thrown for 1,507 yards, 12 touchdowns, and seven interceptions. Texas is 5-2 and have wins over Ole Miss, Ohio State, and Tennessee.
