"Golden State Warriors forward Jonathan Kuminga has been fined $35,000 for making inappropriate contact with and continuing to pursue a game official, it was announced today by James Jones, Executive Vice President, Head of Basketball Operations. The incident, for which Kuminga was assessed a technical foul and ejected, occurred with 0.9 seconds remaining in the second quarter of Golden State’s 118–1 11 win over the Portland Trail Blazers on Oct. 14 at Moda Center."
The incident took place on Tuesday night when the Warriors faced the Portland Trail Blazers.
Kuminga was upset about this no-call:
Kuminga started in Tuesday's contest and finished the game with seven points on 3-of-5 shooting from the field, six rebounds, four assists and two turnovers in 18 minutes of action before being ejected.

After the game, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr prasied the young forward and his play, despite the ejection.
“I love the way he played,” Kerr told reporters. “I love the fire, the passion. I don't mind the objection at all; I kind of liked it, actually.
“I thought JK was terrific tonight.”
Kerr doubled down, saying he loved the emotion Kuminga displayed even though it led to an ejection.
“He kind of got right in Rodney’s face,” Kerr said. “You can't do that. They're going to eject you if you do that.
“But, like I said, I like the fire, and I like the energy that he played with. The emotion. I think JK's having an excellent camp and I'm excited about how he looks."
The Warriors will play their final preseason game on Friday against their division rivals, the Los Angeles Clippers. Golden State will tip off their season on Tuesday, Oct. 21, against their other division rivals, the Los Angeles Lakers, on the road.
