Dillon Brooks has reignited his entertaining rivalry with NBA superstar LeBron James just ahead of the King tipping off his 24th season with his new team, the Philadelphia 76ers.

Brooks, a member of the Phoenix Suns, has never shied away from portraying what some might refer to as a villainous role in the NBA. He's previously drawn attention for his in-game encounters and altercations with James.

Brooks even sat behind the basket during a Los Angeles Lakers playoff game against the Oklahoma City Thunder earlier this year in a move that some saw as Brooks trolling the King. With James preparing for his first season with the Philadelphia 76ers, Brooks appeared in a humorous promo that takes aim at the constant attention the NBA superstar gets.

In a new promotional ad for the prediction market Kalshi, Brooks portrays various characters, including a frustrated television viewer sitting on the couch and an on-TV product salesperson promoting the "King Blocker 9000."

"Are you tired of hearing about the greatest basketball player of all time? Where he goes, what team is he playing for this season, what ridiculous new product he's endorsing?" Dillon asks, narrating over scenes of himself trying to get rid of coverage of James on television.

"Then you need the King Blocker 9000, advanced breakthrough technology that will mute any mention," his on-screen television character says.

From there, Brooks' on-screen ad salesperson makes several references to James, each of which gets muted by the King Blocker 9000 product.

Surprisingly, the ad features a website for the product, where Kalshi is promoting a giveaway of 23 of the King Blocker items.

The ad, which started gaining traction online on Tuesday, has already drawn rave reviews from fans who reacted to the promotional video on X. Many expressed how much they enjoy the rivalry between the two players, especially Brooks' willingness to embrace his role as a nemesis to King James.

"Dillon brooks really loves being the villain, this is next level lol," someone wrote in their comment.

Another said, "We need more guys with personality in the league villains like this makes [expletive] fun."

"Classic Dillon, always stirring the pot. Gotta love the rivalry," a commenter wrote.

Kalshi, a popular prediction market, launched its promotion with Brooks weeks after King James announced his partnership with a competing prediction market, Polymarket.

The Phoenix Suns star could put his product to the test if he wants to on Tuesday night. James and the 76ers face the New York Knicks on Tuesday, Oct. 20, at 7:00 p.m. ET, with New York scheduled to raise their championship banner before the game at Madison Square Garden,

Brooks may eventually have to answer for his latest trolling if it has riled up James. The Suns host the 76ers on Wednesday, Dec. 30, in Arizona, and then play them in Philly on Wednesday, Feb. 17.
