The Lynx have been the league's best team this season, and Napheesa Collier has been the top MVP contender in the early going. The team has won three games in a row, including Saturday's 82-66 home win over the Los Angeles Sparks. Collier didn't play, but even without her, the team had no issue. Kayla McBride led the way with 29 points.

The Mystics are coming off an overtime victory over the Dallas Wings. While Dallas guard Paige Bueckers looks set to run away with Rookie of the Year, Washington's two top rookies outplayed her in that game, led by a huge scoring effort from Sonia Citron and a big defensive game from Kiki Iriafen.
