How to Watch Washington at Michigan

A shot at the Big Ten title could still on the cards for Michigan or Washington depending on who wins in Ann Arbor this Saturday. Both teams boast a 2-1 record in conference play this campaign and reunite almost exactly one year after the Huskies triumphed 27-17 in their most recent matchup.

It was earlier in 2024 that Michigan beat Washington in a College Football Playoff National Championship game, their third straight win in this head-to-head at the time. But second-year Washington head coach Jedd Fisch has since claimed his revenge and is looking to go two for two in games against the Wolverines this weekend.

Huskies quarterback Demond Williams Jr is getting his flowers this season after throwing 10 touchdown passes and only one interception through six games. Add to that the running threat of Jonah Coleman, who leads the country with 11 rushing touchdowns this season, and one can see why Fisch is being lauded for his work this year.

However, Michigan boasts one of the stingiest defenses in the land despite giving up 55 combined points against USC and Oklahoma, presenting a salivating stylistic battle this Saturday.
