The biggest fight of Jake Paul's boxing career is almost upon us.
Paul, whose 12-1 record to date includes wins over Mike Tyson, Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. and a handful of former UFC fighters, has not yet fought anyone who was A) in -- or close to -- his prime and B) as accomplished as his opponent tonight, Anthony Joshua.
Oddsmakers expect a comfortable victory for the latter, as we'll detail below our in our Jake Paul vs. Anthony Joshua betting odds breakdown.

The 36-year-old Joshua is a two-time former unified heavyweight champion with a career record of 28-4. Joshua lost his most recent fight, to Daniel Dubois, in September 2024, but remains a formidable opponent who reigned as the world heavyweight champion for all but one six-month stretch from April 9, 2016*, through September 25, 2021.
Tonight's bout at Miami's Kaseya Center will consist of eight three-minute rounds.
*Joshua lost his belt in a stunning upset at the hands of Andy Ruiz Jr. on June 1, 2019, then regained it later that year after winning his rematch against Ruiz.

Bettors looking for more balanced odds -- and better value -- should consider alternative markets including Winning Method.

Jake Paul vs. Anthony Joshua Tale Of The Tape
In addition to Joshua's pronounced advantage in terms of pedigree and experience, he's also a clear physical mismatch for Paul, as you can see below.
Jake Paul vs. Anthony Joshua Prediction, Best Bet
Let's start with a generality that feels like the elephant in the room: betting on anything that oddsmakers view as a huge mismatch is always tricky. Barring one of the greatest shockers in boxing history, Paul should be in over his head against by far the best boxer he's ever faced.
Anything other than a one-sided win by Joshua would shock me, but betting on the likely outcome is not going to yield much of a payout.
To me, this is a rare case where a parlay of a couple of legs makes a ton of sense. The bet365 special we highlighted above -- "Problem? No More": Anthony Joshua To Win + Under 3.5 Rounds (boosted from -143 to +140 at bet365) -- is one great option that strikes me as a safe bet to cash.
If there's a high-value way to tackle this fight, it's probably that one.
Best bet: Parlay -- Anthony Joshua To Win + Under 3.5 Rounds (boosted from -143 to +140 at bet365)
