Police believe Today show host Savannah Guthrie's missing 84-year-old mother Nancy was taken from her home against her will, according to interviews with multiple media outlets.

"I believe she was abducted, yes," Arizona Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos told CBS News. "She didn't walk from there. She didn't go willingly."

He also told NBC Nightly News: “We believe she was taken out of the home against her will, and that’s how this investigation is moving.”
