Meghan Markle shared a sweet card her children made her as she prepared for the release of her Netflix cooking show.

The Duchess of Sussex surprised fans at a screening of the series by turning up unannounced and shared content from the event on her Instagram account.

Among the clips and images was a picture of a sweet card that read: "Congratulations mumma! We love your show, and we love you! Lili Archie Papa xx."

Meghan Markle With Archie, Lilibet's Card

...

While Harry appears to have written some of the card—particularly the British spelling of "mumma"—Archie, 5, wrote his name himself.

With Love, Meghan dropped on Netflix on Tuesday at 3 a.m. on the East Coast and midnight in California.

The first episode showed Meghan hosting her makeup artist Daniel Martin, whom she has been working with since before she married Prince Harry in 2018 and who did her makeup on her wedding day.

Meghan put her friend to work cutting cherry tomatoes but she had to do some unexpected first aid after he cut his finger only minutes in.

Martin said: "You've always shown your love through food. I mean, I remember the first time we worked together. It was for Suits [a legal drama Meghan starred in on TV].

"But I just remember I was told by my agent that you reached out to them directly because you didn't have representation then."

"Yeah, I just had an agent," Meghan replied. "There was no publicist or anything, yeah, of course. 'Hi, I'd like to book someone for this press event I have for my show.'"

"You were so appreciative at me coming so early and offering you like, 'room service isn't up and running yet but can I get you a coffee or can I get you this?'"

In episode 3, Meghan made pickles with Korean-American chef Roy Choi and the pair talked about their shared need to tidy.

"See, I do that too," Meghan said, as Choi cleaned the chopping board he had been using. "I am not messy in the kitchen. I always clean as we go."

"I even clean up hotel rooms before I leave," Choi said. "I don't know if you do that? Even when I was young, even when we would party in hotel rooms and then everyone would just leave all the beer cans and everything and all the towels. They would leave and I would go back and clean everything up."

"Even if you don't know the people," Meghan said, "even if they don't know who you are, I would in my head picture my mom or even my grandma going, 'where is your home training?'"
