McDonald’s announced in a press release that it's launching a McDonald’s All-American Games x Crocs Happy Meal, a limited‑time promotion tied to its annual high school basketball showcase, featuring collectible Crocs keychain toys.

McDonald’s New Happy Meal

The limited‑time promotion begins Tuesday, March 10, coinciding with the return of the McDonald’s annual All-American Games—a long‑running showcase of the nation’s top high school basketball players.

This year’s Happy Meal includes one of six mini Crocs keychain toys, each designed to reflect Croc’s signature clog style. According to McDonald’s, the toys come with Jibbitz charm stickers, allowing fans to customize their keychains.

Customers can also scan a QR code on the Happy Meal box to unlock an “integrated digital gaming experience” through HappyMeal.com.

“Basketball is back at the Golden Arches—and this year, Crocs™ made the roster,” McDonald’s said in its press release.

While the fast food giant didn’t divulge how long the Crocs‑themed Happy Meal will remain in restaurants, the company emphasized that the promotion is designed to tap into common game‑day rituals for players—such as listening to music, wearing a lucky pair of socks, or grabbing a favorite meal before the game starts—that will be familiar to basketball fans, and celebrate the excitement and legacy of the All-American Games.

The McDonald’s All-American Games

The McDonald’s All-American Games have served as a proving ground for future basketball stars for decades.

This year’s event—which will be its 49th—will take place on March 31, at the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona, and will feature 24 of the nation’s top female and top male high school basketball players—which have been hand-picked from over 700 nominated players, by analysts, scouts, and coaches, according to McDonald’s official All-American Games press release.

“Nearly five decades into the McDonald’s All American Games, I continue to be amazed by the talent who raise the bar every year, and the fans who show up to support them. We can’t wait to welcome the Class of 2026 into this storied legacy and cheer them on as they write the next chapter of basketball history,” Elizabeth Campbell, vice president of marketing, McDonald’s USA said.

Recent McDonald’s Menu Updates

This announcement follows another new menu item, which McDonald's launched earlier this month—The “Big Arch Burger,” which it describes as a premium, limited‑time offering featuring two quarter‑pound beef patties, three slices of white cheddar cheese, slivered onions, lettuce, pickles, and a new Big Arch Sauce served on a sesame and poppy seed bun.
