After months of speculation, McCartney, 57, has admitted he's dating a fellow British vegetarian who shares his devotion to charity. Heather Mills, 32, met the former Beatle (and current Modern Maturity cover boy) last year. Like Linda, Mills is an activist. A former swimsuit model, she lost her leg in 1993 when a policeman on a motorcycle hit her. Mills got an artificial one and refocused her career on crusading for the disabled--work that earned her a Nobel Prize nomination in 1996. She's even penned a best-selling autobiography and had the humor to title it "Out on a Limb."... In other love notes, New York Giants cornerback Jason Sehorn surprised "Law & Order's" Angie Harmon, not to mention a national audience, with a marriage proposal on "The Tonight Show" last week. After Harmon, who was Jay Leno's guest, refused to answer queries about her love life, out popped Sehorn with the big question. How touching to see two people who actually know each other getting engaged on TV.
