Accommodations In each of the 127 rooms (starting at $495 per night), framed artwork retracts to reveal a 37-inch television. Less concealed are fresh bouquets of flowers, multiline cordless phones and twice-daily turndown service. The two-bedroom presidential suite ($4,500 per night) features bathrooms covered in marble, a walk-in closet, wood-burning fireplace and terrace.

Dining The Italian menu at Nëo changes with the seasons, but local produce is a staple in dishes such as gnocchi and veal agnolotti. Beginning this fall, diners will be able to sample the Atlanta outpost of Tom Colicchio's New York Craft restaurant, located adjacent to the main tower.

Amenities The library lounge offers books for borrowing as well as live acts. Butlers perform such tasks as ironing clothes, selecting cigars and shopping for gifts. Personalized computer chips record individual workouts at Atlanta's first Technogym.
