NBC’s A Toast to 2025! returns as a primetime New Year’s Eve special designed to celebrate and reflect on the most memorable, entertaining, and impactful moments of the year just past. Airing 10:30 p.m.–12:30 a.m. ET on NBC and available via streaming, the two-hour broadcast is hosted by beloved Today personalities Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager, reuniting their warm, engaging chemistry to guide viewers through a fun, uplifting retrospective as the clock winds down toward midnight. The show gives audiences a lively mix of highlights from pop culture, news, sports, and viral moments, offering a feel-good alternative to the traditional live countdown shows while celebrating the shared experiences that defined 2025.
Unlike other network countdown specials that focus solely on live performances or festivities in major cities, A Toast to 2025! blends celebrity appearances, comedic commentary, and heartfelt reflections from across NBC’s news and entertainment universe. Alongside Kotb and Bush Hager, viewers can expect to see contributions from network favorites such as Lester Holt, Savannah Guthrie, Willie Geist, Maria Taylor, Lindsey Vonn, and entertainers like Kristin Chenoweth and Ethan Slater, as well as a lively ensemble of actors, athletes, and comedians sharing their take on the year’s biggest moments. With its mix of nostalgia, humor, and star power, the special aims to send off 2025 on a high note and welcome the new year with optimism and laughs.
This is a great New Year's Eve event that you will not want to miss; make sure to tune in and catch all the action.
