A brand new April update has just been released for Supercell's Brawl Stars. This patch for the mobile hero shooter allows players to change the color of their username, unlock new Brawler Rosa and play with a ton of balance update changes. This patch is available on both iOS and Android right now, so let's just dive right in.

Brawl Stars Name Color Change

After this patch, players can change the color of their name for free. If you click on your profile icon in the upper left, you'll be taken to your Trophy Road, where you can see the rewards you've earned. Clicking on the small, white square to the left will move the screen towards your character profile. Clicking the gear icon next to your profile avatar will allow you to pick one of 12 different colors that will appear whenever your name is shown.

This Brawl Stars update could completely shift the meta. Spike and Leon are two of the strongest Brawlers in the game and both have received minor nerfs. This won't be enough to knock them off their pedestals, but it might help other Brawlers take their place. Poco, Crow and Carl also received major buffs, giving them enough power to stack up against the competition. I am absolutely loving Brawl Stars this patch, with my boy Barley surviving unscathed. Supercell is taking their time to balance the game and make sure they don't release anything stupidly overpowered.
