Channing Tatum sparked concern among fans after sharing a cryptic photo from a hospital bed on Instagram.

The actor posted a black-and-white image of himself wearing a hospital gown as he prepared to undergo surgery. Alongside the photo, he wrote on Instagram: "Just another day. Another challenge. This one is gonna be hard. But whatever. Let’s get it in."

In a series of Instagram Stories, Tatum later revealed the reason he was going under the knife: a broken shoulder. One image showed an X-ray revealing two broken bones in his shoulder and upper arm area, with the text overlay reading: "Separated shoulder," he wrote across the image.
