The "How you doin'?" days seem to have taken a backseat as a visually transformed Matt LeBlanc stepped out appearing more rugged than Joey Tribbiani ever did.

On Tuesday, October 29, the Daily Mail captured the 57-year-old Friends star in Los Angeles lighting up a cigarette. Dressed down in a black V-neck, blue jeans, and blue Asics sneakers, his style remained laid-back as he was seen exiting his vehicle.

This rare outing comes roughly one year after the passing of Matthew Perry — LeBlanc's fellow Friends co-star and dear friend. At 54, Perry died due to "acute effects of ketamine" and subsequent drowning, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office autopsy report. He was found unresponsive in a hot tub at his Pacific Palisades home.

Behind the scenes, LeBlanc's former co-stars, Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox, are said to be worried about his increasingly secluded lifestyle. An insider revealed to the Daily Mail that Aniston, 55, has been a frequent visitor at LeBlanc's place, trying to lift his spirits with home-cooked meals and movie nights. "She's even stayed over a couple of times," the source added.

Following the news of Perry's passing, LeBlanc was the first among the Friends alum to publicly express his grief.

"Matthew. It is with a heavy heart I say goodbye," he wrote on Instagram at the time. "The times we had together are honestly among the favorite times of my life. It was an honor to share the stage with you and to call you my friend. I will always smile when I think of you and I'll never forget you. Never. Spread your wings and fly brother you're finally free. Much love."

Wrapping up his post, LeBlanc quipped, "And I guess you're keeping the 20 bucks you owe me."

Earlier this week, Aniston and Cox, 60, both remembered Perry with touching posts on Instagram. The Marley and Me actress shared a black-and-white snap of herself and Perry, captioning it, "1 year ❤️‍🩹🕊️ @matthewperryfoundation."

Cox also honored Perry by sharing a link to the Matthew Perry Foundation, alongside a still of the two of them smiling at each other, and a snapshot of the entire Friends cast together.
