In a November interview with E! News, Slater spoke to Grande's duality and nuance, noting how well she does as both a vocalist and an on-screen performer.
"She's incredible," said Slater of Grande. "She's not a singer who wants to be an actress or an actress who wants to be a singer. She's just the best of both."
Fans can join in on the Wicked fun this Christmas Day, Wednesday, December 25, as several theaters across the world are showing special sing-a-long screenings of the movie musical.
