The alleged shooter of a father killed in Florida on Wednesday was reportedly seen dancing over the body of the victim moments after shooting him.
Dustin Wakefield, a father of one visiting Florida with his family from Colorado, was fatally shot multiple times at around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the seafood restaurant La Cerveceria, located in Miami Beach.
According to a police report of the incident seen by The Associated Press, Wakefield was shot multiple times, including in the head. A witness told 7 News Miami that the shooting was unprovoked and that the gunman initially pointed the gun at the victim's one-year-old son, before the 21-year-old father said: "He's just a baby."

Cell phone footage obtained by the station appeared to show the shooter dancing on the patio of the restaurant shortly after the incident, as one witness said: "He started dancing on top of the guy. I don't know why."
While a second witness added: "What was so strange is the guy that was shooting, they said he was smiling and laughing the whole time that he was shooting the guy."
Tamarius Blair Davis Jr., 22, from Norcross, Georgia, was arrested shortly after Miami Beach Police and Fire Rescue crews responded to the scene of the shooting, with cell phone footage showing him shouting, "I did it! I did it! I did it!" before being taken into custody.
Davis confessed to officers that he shot two men on Tuesday while high on mushrooms that he claimed empowered him, saying the victims were chosen randomly, according to the police report. The second target was not injured in the shooting.
He has since been charged with attempted second-degree murder and second-degree murder with a weapon for the two incidents and appeared in court in Florida on Wednesday afternoon.
Wakefield's uncle, Michael Wakefield, has set up a GoFundMe page to help his family, writing in the description of the fundraiser that "with the tragedy that happened yesterday in Miami Dustin's family will need all the help they can get."
By Thursday morning the fundraiser had raised $107,999 of a $150,000 goal, with more than 2,100 people having already donated to the campaign set up on Wednesday.
There have been several fatal shootings in Florida over the past few months, including an incident in May where more than 20 people were wounded and two were killed in a mass shooting at a concert in Northwest Miami-Dade.
Newsweek has contacted Miami Beach Police and Fire Rescue for comment.
