The will-they-won't-they dilemma between Tia Booth and Colton Underwood has finally come to a close during Tuesday's episode of Bachelor in Paradise as the pair decided to make their relationship official.

Underwood received a date card to take Booth on a proper outing, where they connected with former Bachelor in Paradise couple Raven Gates and Adam Gottschalk. Toward the end of their date, Booth confronted Underwood about her concerns about their relationship's progression after Gates pulled her aside to address her issues with Underwood.

"I'm really concerned," Gates, 27, told Booth. "I do not want to see you in heartbreak. You have to really see the true person that Colton is."

Booth, in turn, bluntly informed Underwood she had no desire to end up heartbroken by him. She said she wasn't interested in being caught up in his indecisiveness as well.

"I don't want to go through heartbreak again, feeling like...foolish. Raven is just terrified that I'm going to continue to have these low standards and just let guys off the hook," Booth, 26, told Underwood. "She thinks that I'm just going to continue to be in relationships with guys who don't treat me how I deserve to be treated...I want to know that I'm always going to be the first and best option."

The NFL alum suggested he's "not even going to entertain the thought of another girl coming down" to Paradise. He later referred to Booth as his "girlfriend."

Underwood and Booth have had a rocky start in Paradise. Before they began exclusively dating, Booth called things off over Underwoods indecisiveness. The former San Diego Chargers linebacker claimed he feels "like I owe it to myself to explore and figure out what I want with other people," but Booth was at her wit's end.

"I want something to be proved in you, and it hasn't. There are guys here that want to pursue me. I can't fully open up with anyone else if I feel this half-a*** bulls*** with you," Booth, 26, told Underwood. "I have spent all my life waiting on a man deciding that he wants me—that he wants to fight for me. I cannot be the one fighting for that anymore."

Booth and Underwood were at the center of a love triangle as well. Prior to Underwood arriving in Paradise, Booth connected with Chris Randone. She used her first date card on him, and she decided to pursue things with Randone after her initial split from Underwood. Despite declaring his interest in Booth, Randone decided to pursue Krystal Nielson in favor of her.

Reality Steve reported on which relationships survive the storms in Paradise. In doing so, the website claimed most of the couples will either break up or maintain a friendship instead. The only contestants reportedly exiting Paradise in a relationship are Jordan Kimball and Jenna Cooper; John Graham and Olivia Goethals; Kamil Nicalek and Annaliese Puccini; and Radone and Nielson.

On August 7, Underwood told Newsweek Bachelor Nation devotees will "have to watch Paradise" to see whether he exits with a relationship. Underwood did, however, detail the emotional progressions he experienced while on the show.

"Paradise was full of emotional surprises for me," he said. "I think you're going to see a lot of growth from me as an emotional human being."
